No. Jamie is not a medical service and does not diagnose or treat conditions. We provide behavioural coaching around nutrition, movement, sleep, and lifestyle habits. If something in your data raises a concern, we'll flag it and suggest you speak to your GP. Your doctor handles the medicine. Jamie handles the daily actions.

Jamie works with your wearable data (Apple Watch, Oura, Whoop), food photos, bloodwork, DEXA scans, and health reports where available. Your wellness expert may also ask about your food and drink habits, alcohol, stress, and other lifestyle indicators to build the fullest picture. All data access is read-only. We can see your data to build your plan. We can never change it.
